Greg has been involved in sports his whole life and fell in love with weight training at the age of 15. Greg has been pushing his body to become a bodybuilder and is now competing in local NPC competitions. Greg is extremely passionate about fitness and believes everyone should have some type of healthy workout routine in their lives. He specializes in weight training and is also experienced in group training. Greg also has no problem getting the average overweight person in shape through very basic training techniques. He is here to help however he can whether your goal be to gain muscle, lose fat, or maintain good overall health. Greg is available 6 days a week for training.
